Six Simple Steps to Get Started With BGC
Attend a "Why AXEN" Presentation
Join our live Zoom presentation to review everything about AXEN Realty in a live setting, including the compensation model, technology, and what makes us different. These sessions are hosted regularly and provide complete transparency.
Select Your BGC Sponsor
To work directly with Sara Marie Brenner, please name Andrew Brenner as your sponsor (not Sara). If you've already connected with another verified BGC agent, you may name them as your sponsor. But verify that they are part of BGC prior to naming them on your documentation! Sponsorship cannot be changed. Contact Sara if you're not sure.
Apply to AXEN Realty
Complete the AXEN onboarding documentation. If you are not yet licensed, you may complete this no more than 30 days prior to taking your real estate exam. If you are already licensed, complete this right away — we will work with you on transferring your license and exiting your current brokerage.
IMPORTANT: Select AXEN ELITE as your compensation plan and name Andrew Brenner as your sponsor (unless you have another verified BGC agent to name).
Transfer Your License
Contact BGC once you have completed the onboarding paperwork mentioned above, and we will connect you with your state broker! You will move your real estate license and MLS/association membership to AXEN Realty. BGC will connect you with your state broker who will assist with this process smoothly.
Complete Onboarding & Tech Setup
Attend AXEN's Onboarding Sessions 1-3 (1 is Tuesdays, 2 is Wednesdays, 3 is Thursdays — all at 11 AM MT) and Transactions Training (Thursdays 1:30 PM MT) to get fully set up with technology, compliance, and systems. Attend Sales Huddle on Wednesdays at 9 AM MT, and join the BGC Facebook group to join all of our team events!
